Every Peak Refuel meal uses 100% real meat and includes 20 grams of protein (or more) per serving in all their entrees. This provides the fuel needed to conquer the next peak or recover from the day’s activity. They do not use TVP or other meat fillers. Your body is not used to processing fake meat, so why risk it in the backcountry?
