I bought this to be able to charge regular (AA, AAA) batteries from my USB power banks while camping/hiking. I wanted something small, simple & lightweight and this fits the bill perfectly (it weighs only 38g). The 4 batteries it came with are actually listed as higher capacity than the brand name rechargeables I have. It charges faster than my previous wall charger. Well worth the price.
