FAQ:
Q: Why does your 100W panel only provide 85W of output? Shouldn’t it be marketed as an 85W panel?
The solar panels are affected by many factors, such as the intensity of the light and the angle of the panel put on the ground. 100W is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of the light constantly changes. In addition, the angle of the light illuminating the solar panel also changes with the rotation of the sun.
Please try test your solar panel under the full sunlight to see, and make sure there is no shadow cast on the panel.
Q: Can I connect solar panel to battery for charging directly without controller ?
No, this 100W solar panel isnot built in controller. You need connect a solar controller when you charge your battery with solar panel. Because if there isnot the voltage regulation provided by the controller, you risk burning the battery by overcharging.

Q:Is the solar panel waterproof and how to keep the panel surface clean?
Yes,the solar panel is IP65 water-resistant that will protect from water splashing. Do not place it under the rain, or to soak in water for a long time.(Note: The junction box is not waterproof, please keep it dry).Please use a soft cloth to remove the dust and dirt on the surface.
Q:How to know whether the solar panel is compatible with my devices before purchase?
Check that the power used by your device does not exceed the maximum power generated by the solar panel (100w).
Q:What should I do if the solar panelcannot charge my device?
Please place FlexSolar100W solar panel in direct sunlight or wait for the weather to clear.Cloudy weather and unstable sunlight may cause current fluctuations and hinder charging.
