Nova Scotia Backroad GPS Maps

Nova Scotia Backroad GPS Maps

BE YOUR OWN GUIDE – explore Nova Scotia with the most comprehensive resource for planning your own outdoor adventure for ATV, fishing, hunting, paddling, camping trip or hiking adventures and discover trails and sites suitable for your method of travel or experience and skill level.

POINTS OF INTEREST – Unique to BRMB Nova Scotia Backroad GPS maps are feature POI sets with over 29,000 searchable points with over 430 National, Provincial and Regional Park locations and detailed write-ups of most recreation sites geo-referenced from our popular Backroad Mapbook guidebook series. ROADS & TRAILS – Boasting more roads or trails than any other GPS maps, our approach to tracking road classifications allows you to easily distinguish main industrial or logging roads from those rarely travelled side or unclassified roads.

MULTI-USE TRAILS – Trails are separated into multi-use for hikers, bikers, horseback riders as well as ATV/Snowmobile motorized trails. Trails are continually updated and expanded with the help of government agencies, off-road clubs and customers who have explored these backroad destinations.

SPECIAL FEATURES – Get access to close to 50,000km of routable roads including city, rural, and 3 levels of logging roads (industrial, resource and winter accessible) including searchable street addresses for routing, unclassified, private and non-routable roads. You will also get robust backroad POI sets for over 146 wildlife viewing, deer management zones for hunters, over 560 locations for fishing lakes and rivers, over 600 km of paddling routes, access points, portage locations, boat launches and how to locate and identify fish in Nova Scotia. Get access to close to over 500 front and backcountry locations with over 170 backcountry campsites, and 40 campground and picnic areas, 3,000 km of ATV trails, over 4,700 km of snowmobile trails plus close to 50 winter recreation and downhill ski areas.
